Day 01: Arrival at Delhi

Upon your arrival at Delhi, you will be greeted by Indecubo Travels’ representative. You will be then escorted and transferred to the hotel. Check-in to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing

Post breakfast, get ready for sightseeing tour of Delhi. Drive through Red Fort Complex (made up of red sandstone) that dates back to 17th century. Inside the complex, you can visit the beautiful palaces and gardens. It is surrounded by 33 metres high boundary wall. Later, take a rickshaw ride to Jama Masjid (made up of red sandstone and white marble). It was completed in 1656 and is constructed with perfect proportions. Jama Masjid is the largest mosque in India where more than 20, 000 people can kneel down and perform their prayers together. The division of interior of prayer hall is into aisles by arches. The walls and floors are made up of marble. After Jama Masjid, visit Raj Ghat. Raj Ghat is the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi and is located on the banks of River Yamuna. Following his assassination in 1948, he was cremated here. Amidst the landscaped gardens, the memorial (made up of black marble) is there with the inscription of his last words ‘Hey Ram’. An eternal flame is lightened here for 24 hours. Continue driving towards Rashtrapati Bhawan. Rashtrapati Bhawan used to be the residence for Viceroy once. Now it is the official residence of President of India. Take a photography halt at India Gate. India Gate is a war memorial built for 70,000 Indian soldiers who died during 1st World War. Next stop is Humayun’s Tomb. It was built by Haji Begum in the memory of his husband during 16th century. Then go for Qutub Minar. It is the tallest minaret in the world and is the second highest minar in India after Fateh Burj at Mohali. The evening is set for a cultural show at ‘Kingdom of Dreams’. This cultural show is inspired by Bollywood. Later enjoy dinner with an Indian family.

Day 03: Delhi to Jaipur (280 km, Approx 6 Hrs drive)

After having breakfast, check out from the hotel and start driving towards Jaipur. Once you reach Jaipur, our representative will escort you to the hotel. After some hours of relaxation, witness the evening arti at Birla Mandir.

Day 04: Jaipur Sightseeing

amber fortPost breakfast; get ready for a visit to Amber Fort. Ascend the fort on the back of an elephant to feel royalty. The fort exemplifies the typical Rajput architecture. It is popular for the mirror work and the grand fortifications. While returning from Amber Fort, a photography halt will be taken at Jal Mahal Palace.


Next stop would be Hawa Mahal- the ‘Palace of Wind’. This palace is built in honeycomb design. It was built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh. Hawa Mahal is one of the major attractions in Jaipur. It was built for royal ladies who can witness the lives and happenings in the city through windows. In the afternoon, visit Jantar Mantar. Jantar Mantar is the largest observatory by Maharaja Jai Singh for the instruments. These astronomy instruments are still in perfect working condition.


Maharaja’s City Palace used to be the residence of royal family. Now half of it has been converted into museum while the other half is still the residence of royal family. The architecture of City Palace is the mixture of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture.

Day 05: Jaipur to Agra (240 km, Approx 6 Hrs drive)

After having breakfast, check out from the hotel and start driving towards Agra while visiting Fatehpur Sikri en-route. Fatehpur Sikri is a deserted red sandstone city and was commissioned by Emperor Akbar. He made Fatehpur Sikri as his capital. However, it was abandoned later due to lack of water.

Day 06: Agra Sightseeing

tajPost breakfast, visit Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal is an architecture feat made up of white marble that is quite serene by the bank of Yamuna River. It is an epitome of love and is listed among Seven Wonders of the World. This extravagant monument is the expression of love from Emperor Shah Jahan to his beloved wife Mumtaz. Its construction was started in 1631 AD and finished in 1653 AD. Around 20,000 workers were recruited from different countries to build this monument. However, the main architecture was Isa Khan who belonged to Iran.


Later, visit Agra Fort. Agra Fort was also built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 AD. It is a masterpiece of architecture. Within the fort, there are many buildings such as Moti Masjid, Diwan-I-Am, Diwan-I-Khas and Musamman Burj. Emperor Shah Jahan died in Agra Forty during imprisonment besides Khaas Mahal, Jahangir’s Palace and Sheesh Mahal.

Day 07: Agra to Khajuraho

Post breakfast, board an early morning train to Jhansi. Upon arrival at Jhansi, start driving towards Khajuraho while visiting Orchha temples en-route. Upon arrival at Khajuraho, check-in to the hotel. Evening is set at leisure.

Day 08: Khajuraho to Varanasi

khajurahoPost breakfast, get ready to explore Khajuraho temples. Khajuraho temples were built during Chandela period. These temples are testimony to the architectural excellence of that era. The sculptures and images of Gods and Goddesses, animals and warriors attract the visitors. Afterwards, reach hotel for few hours of relaxation. Then you will be transferred to the airport to catch the flight to Varanasi. Upon arrival at Varanasi, check-in to the hotel.

Day 09: Varanasi Sightseeing

VaranasiEarly morning is set for boat ride on the River Ganges to catch the sunrise view. From morning to evening, a huge number of devotees visit these ghats and perform the rituals for the attainment of salvation- the ‘nirvana’. Afterwards, you can enjoy sightseeing tour of Varanasi with numerous temples and buildings. There are around 2,000 shrines and temples. Vishvanatha is considered to be the holiest but is inaccessible to non-Hindus. Also visit Durga Temple but keep your belongings safely as it is teemed with monkeys. Going downstream, there lies Ram Nagar Fort on Eastern bank of River Ganges. Ram Nagar Fort houses an awesome collection of weapons. Walk down through Islamic section. The streets of Islamic section welcome you with Arabic music and veiled women. The world famous Varanasi Silk is dyed, dried and woven here.

Day 10: Varanasi to Delhi

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Transfer to the hotel to board your flight to Delhi.
