Welcome to India and the first day of your incredible holiday! On arrival in Delhi, National Capital of India and also a major political, cultural and financial hub, you will be greeted at airport and escorted to your hotel. After a tiring journey, you will need some time to rest before you start the excursions.

Overnight stay will be at a hotel in Delhi.

After breakfast, we embark on a full day sightseeing tour of city, kicking off in hustle and bustle of Old Delhi, exploring the rich history and culture of capital city. The added bisected commit to day basis Mughal Shahjahanabad, accepted today as Old Delhi. Here we will visit some of the famous heritage structures such as the towering minarets and marble domes of Jama Masjid – one of the oldest and most impressive mosques in the city, and government buildings. Explore Old Delhi on a barrow ride through the alive streets and aberrant the bigger abbey in India. A stroll through streets of Chandni Chowk attenuated in a wheelbarrow mark the night. Chandni Chowk, more accepted as the staple food of India is abundant with large sweet Namkeen sold to vendors. To give a delectable start, become a part of the crowd of Paranthe wali Gali. Next in plan will be the sight of cremation of father of our Nation- Mahatma Gandhi known as Raj Ghat.

Later we will head towards New Delhi, with its wide boulevards, plentiful parks and majestic parliament buildings, India Gate and President House. Have a spectacular view of lofty Qutab Minar, and 16th century Humayun’s Tomb. It was built by a Persian architect chosen by Bega Begum – first wife of Humanyun. After an eventful day you will retire in a hotel for an overnight stay in Delhi.

We will take an early morning train to Ajmer, which is just 11 kilometres away from Pushkar. Ajmer represents the multi-religious character of India in the most sublime manner. Arriving at lunch time we will take a tour of town. Ajmer is an important railway junction and offers mausoleum of Muslim Sufi Saint Chisti. Ajmer, till 1947, served as a place of British resident. Not being part of any principality, Ajmer grew up as a great hub of education. Among colleges, the Mayo College stands apart. Ajmer is a blend of Sufi culture and Hindu religion. Later in afternoon, we will drive towards Pushkar for an overnight stay in Pushkar.

After lunch, on fourth day of tour, we will proceed to fair grounds for glimpses of this authentic cultural affair, which is one of the world’s largest camel fairs. It will be our first day at Pushkar Camel Fair! Here you can witness the serious business of livestock trading as well as indulge in some fun activities, such as a game of tug of war, a cricket match, a competition for the longest moustache, and a camel beauty-pageant. There are also plenty of market stalls with local wares on sale, including bracelets, clothing, and fabrics. The little temple town of Pushkar, located 13 kilometres North-East of Ajmer in state of Rajasthan, is considered to be one of the holiest centers of Hinduism. Pushkar has nearly 500 temples, large and small, fifty palaces and 52 bathing Ghats. Once a year this sleepy lakeside town erupts into a frenzy of activity, as hundreds of thousands of cattle traders, pilgrims, breeders, herdsmen, farmers and travellers descend upon the town for annual Pushkar Camel Fair. Interesting tales are told by legends narrating the grandeur religious significance of this fair.

In the morning, you will enjoy free time at the fair, and then we will continue our journey to Jaipur which is popular as Pink City. This entire city was painted in pink colour in the year 1876 to celebrate the visit of Prince of Wales and in the afternoon, we will visit the Jewellery shop and enjoy walking tour with guide to famous Raj Mandir Cinema. This large theatre is known all over the country, for its great size as well as opulent meringue colour interior.

We will start our day with a stately elephant ride up to lofty Amber Fort. Once inside the sheer rock walls we will explore palaces, gardens, temples and opulent private apartments that were once home to Mughal rulers. You will be reaching the fort on beautifully decorated elephants that will give you a royal feel.
In the afternoon we will enjoy a city tour of Jaipur, where we will enjoy the architecture of Hawa Mahal palace, ancient Jantar Mantar observatory, and explore vast City Palace, with its many courtyards, gardens and majestic buildings. There will also be a chance to visit several museums and art galleries before retiring for the day in Jaipur.

Overnight stay today will be at a hotel in Jaipur.

After breakfast, we will set out for Agra, home to magnificent Taj Mahal. En route we will visit Mughal city Fatehpur Sikri, built by Emperor Akbar in 1569.
Upon arrival in Agra, check-in at hotel, you will get some time to relax and unwind and in early evening we will be heading towards Agra Fort, set on the banks of the Yamuna River. This 16th century sandstone fortress was once home to Mughal rulers, and within its fortified walls you can still find evidence of empire’s grandeur with a number of enchanting mosques and stunning palaces. Built by arguably the mightiest Mughal ruler, Akbar the Great, this fort has stood the vagaries of time which is a testament to its sound engineering and the ingenuity of the builders. Inside the mighty walls are a collection of structures built by the rulers, succeeding Akbar, all of which are majestic in their own way. They include Jahangiri Mahal, Khass Mahal, Diwan-i-Khass and Diwan-i-Am.
The day will come to an end with an overnight stay in Agra.

This morning we will visit magnificent Taj Mahal at sunrise. This iconic white marble mausoleum was constructed to commemorate the late wife of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, taking over 22 years to build. In 1983 the structure was recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is possibly one of the most universally recognised masterpieces in the world.
Later on we will begin our drive to Delhi arriving in the evening and staying overnight in Delhi itself.

It is time to say goodbye to India as our tour comes to an end. After breakfast and check-out you will be transferred to airport for your onward travel!
